Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms set out how you may use QuanTRA (the "Service"), provided by Luctor Labs (CEO Bowon Moon, business registration 529-12-03011, the "Company"), and the rights and duties of the Company and its users.

2. What the Service is

The Service compares the trading rules you set for yourself with your actual fills, and calculates how well you kept them and what came of it. It is a record-keeping and analysis tool.

• QuanTRA does not provide price predictions, trading signals or order execution.
• It never names symbols, timing, direction or leverage for you, and it is not an investment advisory or discretionary management service.
• Figures such as the "cap by your rules" are calculated directly from the rules you entered. They are not an instruction to trade at that size.
• You are responsible for your trading decisions and their results.

3. Sign-up and accounts

During the beta you sign up with an invite code. Use an accurate email address and keep your password to yourself. One person may not run several accounts or hand an account to someone else.

4. Exchange connection

Connections use only read-only API keys from exchange accounts you already hold. Keys with trading, withdrawal or transfer permission are rejected and never stored.

• The Company never places, cancels, transfers or withdraws with your key, and does not build features that could.
• Keys are stored encrypted and never shown on screen, in logs or in alerts. You can disconnect at any time, and your key and imported records are deleted immediately.
• You can also revoke access at any time by deleting the key on your exchange.

5. Beta service

The Service is free during the beta and features may change or pause. Features marked "Coming soon" are not yet provided. When a calculation changes, we record the version and tell you in the app.

6. Prohibited use

Using someone else's key or account, sending abusive volumes of requests or bypassing security, and presenting Service screens to others as investment solicitation or trading signals are prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for losses caused by outages at exchanges, networks or third-party services, by errors in data sent by exchanges, or for your trading gains and losses, except for losses caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

8. Closing your account and data deletion

You can close your account at any time under "My account → Close account". Your keys, raw trade records, derived data such as scores and diagnoses, rule settings and account details are deleted immediately; only an anonymous record that a deletion happened is kept.

9. Changes to these terms

We announce changes in the app 7 days before they take effect, and 30 days before for changes that are unfavourable to you. If you don't agree, you can close your account.

10. Contact and governing law

Contact: bowon@luctorlabs.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
